Who We Are
The Arts in Mount Pleasant Booster Club (AMP!) is a volunteer-led nonprofit supporting performing and visual arts across the Mount Pleasant Central School District. We champion theater, band, chorus, and fine arts programs for K–12 students.
Our Mission
AMP champions and enriches the creative spirit of our students by supporting all aspects of arts education through advocacy, volunteerism, and fundraising — fostering an inclusive arts community for every student.
AMP! is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 39-2479005). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Year One Highlights
AMP completed its inaugural year in 2025–26 — and what a year it was:
- Grew to roughly 90 member families and staff in our first membership drive
- Adopted formal bylaws, secured 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, and joined the Mt. Pleasant Chamber of Commerce
- Presented a K–12 production of The Wizard of Oz (Young Performers’ Edition) with the Mt. Pleasant Education Foundation and KJK Productions — 52 elementary performers and 544 tickets sold across two performances
- Supported the fall drama production with concessions, lobby decorating, and playbill ad sales
- Salvaged a 10×10-foot section of the historic WHS stage floor for a one-of-a-kind keepsake fundraiser
- Celebrated our students with Senior Appreciation Night, graduation gifts for drama seniors, and support for Pops Night and the jazz ensemble’s Mocktail Hour
- Helped coordinate scholarship and award checks presented at the year-end awards night
