Beth has three sons who each found their own path into music and theater — which is a big part of what first drew her to AMP. Logan (junior) has been involved since middle school and is active in drama, musicals, Chorus, Blendors, and The Cool Cats. Liam (4th grade) plays flute, made his Westlake Players debut in It's a Wonderful Life, and is now part of the new K–12 production of The Wizard of Oz. Her recent graduate Lucas started on crew before finding his way into chorus and musical theater. Watching each of them discover their place in the arts has been such a joy. Creativity has always been part of who Beth is — from playing clarinet in high school to later learning drums and playing in bands, to studying painting in Florence during college while earning her graphic design degree from the School of Visual Arts in NYC. She's built a career in branding and package design since 2001, working with beauty brands including L'Oréal and Avon and leading global design teams. She currently serves as Creative Director for Nerf Dog and Hasbro dog toys, bringing stories to life through visuals and creating work that connects with people. Beth joined AMP because she's a sucker for creative chaos, school productions, and seeing kids find their confidence through the arts. What started as wanting to help out quickly turned into wanting to build something special for the whole school community. At home, she shares her space with two rescue standard poodle brothers, a mini goldendoodle, and three cats — a mini zoo with plenty of chaos to match.

Carmen brings both a lifelong love of the arts and a deep commitment to community to her role within AMP. A proud alumna of the prestigious Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, where she trained as a dance major, Carmen's passion for the performing arts has been a constant thread throughout her life — and now she's channeling that passion directly into supporting the next generation of young artists in the Mount Pleasant Central School District. By day, Carmen works in healthcare technology, with an extensive career implementing and supporting electronic health records and ancillary software for major hospital health systems. But her heart has always had one foot on the stage. Over the years, she has remained actively involved in the dance and theatre community, and she sees her role in AMP as a natural extension of that lifelong dedication. A Mount Pleasant resident for over ten years, Carmen is deeply rooted in the community she serves. She is the proud mom of two Westlake High School students — a senior on the varsity lacrosse team and a sophomore who is both a competitive dancer and a Westlake Player. Her children's involvement in school programs inspired her to get more engaged, leading her to serve as Co-President of the Middle School PTA and, most recently, as a Parent Representative on the High School Building Leadership Team. Carmen understands firsthand how transformative arts education can be, and she is honored to help ensure that every student in the district has the opportunity to discover and grow their creative voice.

Kim proudly cheers on her two children, Tycho (senior) and Duncan (sophomore), alongside her husband, Christian. Both kids have found their place on the Westlake stage through instrumental ensembles, Chorus, Blendors, and the Westlake Players. The family has called Mount Pleasant home since 2013. The arts have always been central to who Kim is. A classically trained soprano, she has production credits in opera, musical theater, and vocal performance — and has also been known to hold her own in a cover band. She earned her degree in Arts Administration from Skidmore College and went on to spend a decade in the music industry, working in marketing, sales, analysis, and event production. These days she channels that creative energy into graphic design and video editing, and makes sure the arts kids are never without snacks. She joined AMP because she's always loved being in the thick of it with the kids and feels genuinely lucky to be able to support the arts in this district. When she's not at a show or behind a screen, you'll find her watching Godzilla movies and wearing something sparkly.

Carrie is the proud mom of two sons — one a Class of 2025 graduate and one a Class of 2028 sophomore — both of whom have performed countless times on the Westlake stage across dramas, musicals, chorus, band, and several performing ensembles. In his freshman year, her older son and a friend co-founded the Sketch Comedy show, a testament to the creative spirit this community inspires. Carrie's own love of the arts runs deep: she started dancing at age three and continued through college, and played French horn all through high school. A lifelong fan of theater and music in all its forms, she understands firsthand what these programs mean to the kids who grow up in them. She joined AMP as the best way to give back to the teachers and staff who work so hard to foster an environment of creativity, collaboration, and community — and to express her gratitude for everything these programs have done, and continue to do, for Westlake's students.

Pasquale is the proud dad of two daughters — Susanna (Senior) and Mia (Freshman) — both theater kids (Westlake Players) who are also in Chorus, Blendors, and the Aca-Bellas. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree: Pasquale is a bit of a theater kid himself, having performed in all sorts of plays, musicals, and one-acts from elementary school through his freshman year of college, where he appeared in a very Off-Broadway show in Albany. He also played Baritone Sax, and if he wasn't on stage, he was working crew — or sometimes singing from the wings to help the musical ensembles. As a member of four different non-profit boards, the one unifying trait across all his roles, beyond being an ideas person, is simple: he's Got A Guy. No matter what's needed, Pasquale can always find someone to get the job done — and if he can't, he knows someone who can.
